Huizhou RSP Technology Co.,Ltd Plastic injection department, the core equipment including: 20 injection molding machines, by heating, pressure of molten plastic injection molding, can be divided into vertical (small precision parts) and horizontal (large), clamping force ranging from 50 t to 2000 t, apply electrical appliances shell, Medical components, auto spare parts,kitchen supplies,Toys, daily necessities and industrial accessories, etc.
We also have 5 Axis Robotic Arms & Automation Cells to provide assistance on production process.

The main business includes liquid silicone rubber (LSR) injection molding, solid silicone rubber compression molding, extrusion and coating processes, etc. The products cover medical-grade silicone rubber (such as catheters, seals), baby products (pacifiers, teething rings), industrial accessories (sealing rings, shock-absorbing pads) and consumer electronics (buttons, waterproof rings). The product features resistance to high and low temperatures (-60℃ to 250℃), non-toxicity and environmental friendliness (certified by FDA/LFGB), as well as softness and aging resistance. The factory is positioned in the mid-to-high-end market.

The main business includes customized membrane switches, flexible circuits, touch panels and supporting electronic components. The production process covers screen printing, die-cutting, lamination and assembly, and supports special designs such as backlighting and 3D curved surfaces.
